Vanderbilt Homes strives to provide our homeowners with the best customer service in the industry; which starts from the day you begin to make your custom home choices to long after you move into your new Custom Vanderbilt Home.
As a homeowner of a Custom Vanderbilt Home you have a choice when it comes to requesting a repair; refer Service Request Procedure, option a, b, c and d. Vanderbilt Homes strongly encourages you to use option a. This options gives you the capability of viewing all repair progress & activity online. If your request list is more than 2 items or is your 1 year anniversary list, then please use option b, c or d. All repair requests will be entered by Customer Service into myhomeprofile.com  so that you maintain the capability of viewing progress online.


                                                       SERVICE REQUEST PROCEDURE
 
              1.   Please select one of the following methods to submit your Service Request.
                   Option a.   Log onto www.myhomeprofile.com using your user name & password and 
                                      submit a Service Request Form. Your User Name & Password was 
                                      provided to you in  your Home Info. Binder. 
                   Option b.   E-mail a completed Service Request Form to 
                                      CustomerService@vbhomes.net
                   Option c.   Fax a completed Service Request Form to 559-291-5557
                   Option d.   Mail a completed Service Request Form to:

              2.   Vanderbilt Homes Customer Service will acknowledge receipt of your Service 
                    Request within one business day. 
              3.   An appointment will be scheduled to review and discuss the Service Request. 
                    Please refer to your  2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Booklet to determine covered 
                    items; we will be using this booklet to make any determinations.
              4.   Vanderbilt Homes Customer Service will issue work orders to Subcontractor(s) for 
                     approved repairs. Subcontractor(s) will contact you directly to schedule the 
                    repairs.  
                    All repairs will be completed during normal working hours. Please ensure that you, 
                    or another adult, are present while the repairs are being completed.  Once the 
                    repairs have been completed and you are completely satisfied, please sign the 
                    Subcontractor(s) Work Order.
              5.   Subcontractor(s) will submit the signed Work Order to Vanderbilt Homes Customer 
                    Service. A Customer Service Rep. will call you to verify that you are completely 
                    satisfied with the repair. If you do not receive a call, please feel free to call us at
